Strawberries Both fruits fresh of course and in the blender!
The variation of fruits that you want in your blender is according to your taste.

Mmm, Hissy that sounds very yummy. I'm going to get the ingredients tomorrow and give it a try. Thanks! And catlover331 thanks for the website suggestions, I'll check those out as well.

Funny, I had a smoothie for breakfast this morning!

I just experiment myself, I had low fat milk - some choc flavoring(also low fat) and a handful of strawberries and a whole banana! It was so yum!

I am also one to just throw things in a blender and try it. I love fruit smoothies. One of my favs is skim milk, banana, peanut butter, a little splenda, and sometimes chocolate syrup too. The peanut butter gives it a little extra protein to make the shake more filling.
