I'm looking for a good recipe for a low-fat fruit smoothie as part of my New Year's resolution to eat more healthfully. Anyone know one?

Lowfat Lemonberry Smoothie

1 cup non fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
2 teaspoons splenda or sugar substitute
6 large frozen strawberries or 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries

Place yogurt, milk, lemonade, aad sugar substitute in blender. Process on high, adding berries, a few at a time through the lid and blend until thick. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.

I have one ohh it was delicious i used to get it made at the store all the time in australia.

Skim milk
Pineapple pieces
Strawberries Both fruits fresh of course and in the blender!
The variation of fruits that you want in your blender is according to your taste.
But i had one slice of pineapple and a few strawberries.

Funny, I had a smoothie for breakfast this morning!

I just experiment myself, I had low fat milk - some choc flavoring(also low fat) and a handful of strawberries and a whole banana! It was so yum!

I am also one to just throw things in a blender and try it. I love fruit smoothies. One of my favs is skim milk, banana, peanut butter, a little splenda, and sometimes chocolate syrup too. The peanut butter gives it a little extra protein to make the shake more filling.
