Well we come home from showing my Uncle and his GF around town (they just moved in with us) and the dogs are INSIDE!
We left them outside....The back door was closed, so how the heck did the dogs get in. Then I am thinking, crap if the dogs can come in, the cats can go OUT! We run upstairs and the dogs went through my moms door (it has a staircase leading to a porch, which the dogs went in and pushed the door open). Ok, cat head count... there is Neko, Princess, ok there is Taylor, oh there is Mia, theres Scooter, found Onyx, where is DOKU!?!? We run outside "Doku, here Doku" (shaking treat container the whole time). Come back inside, flip the couch over a couple times, check all 4 cabinets in our kitchen, look under beds, look in bath cabinets, look in windows and closets. Where is Doku? At this time it is getting pretty dark, no Doku. About to come back inside and search the house all over again, "Toby (German Shepherd) go find your Doku!" Next minute I hear "MEAGAN", "WHAT!?" She is here!
Toby found her! Can't live with dogs, can't live without them....

Do NOT scare me like that you skinny little butt!

As for me, I cannot live without a dog and a cat! My dog Jester is a Border Collie and he thinks it should be his job to herd the cat. Beau takes a dim view of this, so I don't allow it. However, Jes always knows where Beau is. If I cannot find him (inside the house only...he is not ever allowed outside), all I have to do is say "Jes, find the cat!" and he runs and finds him for me within seconds. Very convenient.
