I just HAD to share this...

Today I got a card from the owner of the store we work for... in the card she thanked me for my hard work and for maintaining a positive attitude... she doesn't know me.. LOL

Anyway... inside that was another envelope, with another card. I could see Grant looking at me, but when I pulled it out there was a Franklin behind him.,.....

$150!!! I got the least out of the 'managers' but I have the least responsibility, and don't even call myself one. I was so shocked, I wanted to hug her. I love my boss, what a great way to start out the last day of 2004!!!!!!!!

Cool! I just started my job back in October and I am not supposed to have any benefits until April (such as paid holidays, etc.) I've been paid for every holiday since Thanksgiving. And, I also got a $200 Xmas bonus.
I really like my new job!

I keep hoping we'll get a Christmas bonus sometime... there was rumor that we'd get them in February, weird huh?
