What is the one thing or event that made you the happiest in 2004?

I totally know that feeling! I thought my promotion at work was exciting... ugh.

I think it would have to be meeting my current boyfriend. Bringing home Baylee is a close 2nd.

Sophie having a litter of five babies! They have brought so much joy into my life. But then moving into a place with just my Mum, and loosing weight are both equal seconds.

My daughter being offered places by all six Universities she applied to. She works so hard (all her own decision) and was so worried that she wouldn't even get a single offer...we were so happy when the offers came back and she was choosing which one to accept rather than being forced to take whatever came along.

When my duck (rescued from a foie gras farm) made it! My first duck didn't make it because the stitches in his neck got infected and spread and opened . . .it was terrible. I was so afraid I'd have to go through the trauma of losing another one but Lily was just so sweet I couldn't say no to her. She'll be ready to be placed in a sanctuary when Spring time comes around.
Either that or the day my cow Daisy gave birth to Precious. I can't decide.

Um... I think maybe when Merri, Pippin, and NyghtShade all came to my house. They were 3 weeks or so old. They were all doing not so well, starving, but MyRage and I helped to fix that.
Now they are all addopted and happy and healthy and big.

Well... My dad hooking up with his girlfriend also made me very very happy. He'd seen her pic on a local single's site, and wanted to meet her. She was a close friend of mine, who was like a second mom. She came into where I'd just started working, I told her that my dad had a crush on her, and they started seeing each other. Us kids kept saying it would be cool if they fell in love. They did...

Maybe it was moving into a 5 bedroom house from a little basement we'd been living in for almost 3 years...

Or... Maybe it was finding TCS and all the wonderful people here, that is a very happy thing for me.

I find it completely impossible to pinpoint just one thing. This year had so many wonderful moments for me i couldn't even narrow it down to 5.

but I'm 100% sure it would circle around my bf no matter what it was.
