This is actually a concern for an aquaintance of mine.
The other day, she noticed that her cat's left eye looked cloudy and was actually bulging out a little bit. The cat was taken to the vet the next day, and tests came back "negative". Which isn't exactly a good thing as they were testing for "normal" ailments such as infection. Possibilities now include Feline Aids, or a tumor.
She is giving the cat 3 type of eye drops 3 times a day. One to relieve pressure, one to add moisture and one is an antibiotic.
Any suggestions on what she should do (i.e. what type of tests need to be done, medication)? Or if you know or know of someone who has had a similar situation, and advice would be greatly appreciated!
