Hi! My name is Ashley. I have two cats, Noah and Abby. I have had Noah since he was 5 weeks old. I have just adopted Abby from my local Humane Society so that Noah will have a friend. Noah is 9 mo. and Abby is 8 mo. Noah and Abby have been around each other for about 2 weeks and Noah is still getting used to her. He seems to be a little jealous of her. Noah is more of a indendent cat and Abby is a cuddler. Does anyone have any advice on this? I am excited to have found this website and hope to find lots of helpful info in raising my kids!

Welcome! You will find a lot of advice on introducing cats here. There is a great article listed in the Behavior section you cn click at the top of this page to find it.

Hi and welcome! What cute names for your cats - I'm sure they're great. I wish I had a cuddly kitty, my Baylee sounds independent like your Noah!

a bit belated - but..

WELCOME TO TCS

it will take some time for Noah to come around to the idea that there is now another kitty in the house - but I am sure he will come around.
I introduced Cedar as a 6 month old into the house when Tipsy was 10 months - it took a few weeks for them to settle down but now they cuddle all the time
as already stated there is some great threads about introducing cats on this forum - pm me if you want me to direct you to them
