Well for me, I"m taking heed of MA's advice and doing something about my weight. I hope Jerry will take the advice too, but it's up to him. I will help him all I can.

Already have mine listed out on a piece of paper posted on the :censor::censor::censor::censor:...
1. Take my lunch everyday to work.
2. Work out at least three times a week
3. Instead of going out to eat twice a weekend cut down to once a weekend and invite people over to my apartment the other night to eat.
I figure if I can do these three things, I'll lose weight and spend less money. We'll see how it goes though.
