In what appeared to be a tutu, Rhonda was found walking the streets of downtown myrtle beach, sc, drooling and saying "duuhhhh" to herself incessantly. Police in myrtle beach say they had several reports of a bumbling fool waking up neighbors with her idiocy. Apparently missing a dose of her prozac, she wandered off by herself and woke people up yelling things like "Which way did he go George, which way did he go?" and singing "I'm a Little Teapot".
Rhonda was promptly arrested after repeatedly acting like a retard. Witnesses say "she is too stupid to live."



When Rhonda's parents were interviewed earlier today, they were said to have denied knowing her. After police produced a birth certificate, her mother broke into sobs and said "I just don't know how she got so stupid. she must take after her father's side of the family." This caused an outbreak of "duh, I dunno" comments on the father's part and he had to be placed under arrest also in upstate sc.
