Why?

I don't know if this is something to be worried about or not, or if my cat Higgins is just being silly. But everytime he uses the bathroom, once he is done he comes out and is just meowing and meowing. Sometimes it sounds as if he is crying and other times it is just like he wants to make sure we are there, and he won't quit doing it until I say something or my other cat Apples comes up to him. Then he starts running through the house like a mad cat.

Just dont know if that is normal or is something is wrong.

has he always done this or just started??
Maybe he just telling you " I Went Potty!!!"
I have a cat who does the opposite for me, im in the bath room and he opens the door and wont stop meowing.

Has he just started this?
If he has, any change in behaviour can be his way of telling you that something is wrong...
It would be best to take him to the vet and rule out any health issues
