Hi and welcome to TCS. Is this older kitty spayed? and are the males neutered? If so, then at least you don't have raging hormone issues
If not, I'd put it on my to-do list!

I'd simply take her to the vet...you want that rash checked out asap, the worst would be if it's something contagious to your other cats and/or to you.
The accidents may be due to the stress of the others going after her, or a sign that she has a bladder infection or other issue (you didn't say which kind of accident...).

Please let us know what you find out after consulting your vet?

Sounds like she is too intimidated by the other cats and uses what she can when she needs to potty.
The rash, I have no clue. It could be so many different things.

Do you have a digital camera? Maybe a picture would help.

Yup, after a month I would think if it were something lovely (being sarcastic here) like ringworm, you'd know it.

If she's had a full exam and been cleared of any problems, then this sounds like a territorial/behavorial issue, and I'd post about this in the behavior forum.

I'm so sorry..nothing is worse than a puzzle like this

It could possibly be fleas. Where are you located? And are all of your pets treated with a topical flea med such as Frontline or Advantage?
It could be just fleas but also she could be allergic to them which would make it a lot worse. Is she scratching or biting at that area?

It also could be just plain allergies. Both fleas and allergies are bad this year. We have had so many itchy animals come in the past few months.

How many litter boxes are there? One for each cat? One in a private location for just Carmen? That may be the issue there. Same with food dishes.

As for the rash, she may be stress-grooming, and rubbing herself raw. Maybe some sort of all natural thing like aloe vera (if it's not toxic - can someone check) will help.

You've got a good gang of cats going. You may want to invest in some Feliway plug-ins, just until eveyone balances out the order again. That helps them calm down and remember that there is enough for all...

Best-

You also could have put them together to quickly without them being able to get used to each other. If you have a small place and mulitple cats there are bound to be issues. You need to create more space for the cats that are there, condos, cat ramps, window perches, clearing off the top of a shelf for the cat to get up and out of the floor- make sure they don't share anything, not food bowls, water bowls or litter pans- if you put them together to quickly they are going to have to work out their issues and they will. Hopefully without a huge vet bill on your behalf

Tiffany Gibbs, you have posted to an old thread. It would be better if you started a new one. Having said that, how long has your cat been sick? Is he eating and drinking and eliminating normally? If this has been going on for longer than a day or he is not eating or drinking, a vet visit is in order.

There are so many causes for a cat vomiting, from worms to Pancreatitis. I would take him to a vet. Are his gums pale? Does he have a temperature? Is his stomach tender? The more information you can give your vet the better. You do not say for how long he has been in this condition. As for sleeping it is not unusual for a cat to sleep 20 hours ! However if this has only started recently then it is a cause for concern. It could be a change of diet, or cat treats that sometimes have awful ingredients in them. Maybe a hair ball, or an obstruction.

If this has only just started today, and you cannot get to a vet, I would remove all food and water for at least 12 to 24 hours. Then after this time feed him a little of a mixture 50/50 of small quantities of boiled chicken breasts. with rice (50/50 mixture). Alternately, chicken baby food may be substituted. Make sure there is no onion in it, be sure to read the small print !

If he manages to keep this down then make a slow change to a regular diet should take place over the next 2 or 3 days by mixing in his normal cat food, Slowly cut down the chicken and rice amounts and increase the cat food.

I wished I could say more to help, I hope he will be better soon.

Also, what are you feeding him? There have been several recalls for salmonella contamination recently, so that may be a cause if you're feeding one of those. Just trying to cover all the bases. As stated, there are so many causes for vomiting, but the lethargy combined with vomiting is concerning for sure.
