Well, I think if you went to fast Lorie the roads could have been slippery. I didn't have too much trouble, but it was just very slow going out there.

I agree with Amie. You can have it all!

Yes we had wind chills in the teens and that's where the temps are heading tonight. And our furnace is not working!
Jasper is getting tired of me using his belly for a hand warmer.

We've got 3 space heaters, Mom has the elctric blanket, and I have a heat pad and Jasper. I'm using the heat pad to warm my hands between posts. I also have some fleece remnants handy. Can we say layers?

Jasper is not one to go under the covers, but his belly is warm!

Yes, the Vectren (our utility company here) bill will not be as high as in past years. At least for December.

They hope to have the part (thermocouple) and install it tomorrow. So I doubt I will be on the internet Wednesday because I have to keep the phone line open.

A thermocouple should be an easy fix. It's a really small part. Good luck!

Aww, the snow is soooo beautiful! We haven't had any snow yet
it's just very cold. They are calling for snow possibly Mon. here, I sure hope!
I don't mind the cold though,....... I took a nice walk today. I'm fine as long as I'm dressed in layers and have my hat and mittens on.

Susie, Wow very pretty!
You really decorate alot outside and it looks very nice. I used to put lights on my deck but haven't the past few years, just my candles in the windows now.

Oh YEAH!!! WE got snow too! (about 4 inches)(UGH!!!) I WANT WARM weather!!!

I drove up to Cleveland today, and I had seen all the school closings (seemed like there were hundreds of them!!!!!!!!!!!!). So, I was nervous, when it started to snow around Salem and the Lodi area on I-71.
--But then it stopped as quickly as it started (WHEW!!!!) and you could NOT have found a happier driver at that moment!!!!

--OBVIOUSLY, I am NOT a "Snow Person!!"
