Just need a minute to rant….

Why is it when your at your most stressed everything seems to go wrong?

The kittens gone in to heat for the first time and is louder than ever (shes a pretty loud cat anyway!), I have essays coming out of my ears for subjects I cant even understand and my boyfriend has seemed to regress back to being a toddler.

My main problem is I really canâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t do my English Stylistics essay. I just donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t seem to be able to grasp the concepts of it. I know what things mean because I ‘knowâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji] and I donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t understand how to translate that into verbs, adverbs, syntax, whatever! My teacher is being no help. He told me if I didnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t understand the subject he couldnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t help me! Have seriously considered buying an essay of a web site because I just donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t know how Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]m going to finish it in time. To make matters worse my brother and sister wont shut up for a minute to give me the peace I need to work in.
The essays due in on Friday so Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]m going to be working on it every day until my head explodes!

And to make matters worse the letter ‘uâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji] on my keyboards stuck!

Grrrrrrrrr!

I just wish there was a small planet I cold go to just to be alone and escape the noise and chaos of my life for a couple of hours a week.

Just needed to get that off my chest…..

Don't they call that a library?

i find libraries very disturbing. and they all cough and make stupid noises when its meant to be silent.
As for your keyboard.. you can turn off your computer
put the keyboard upside down to clean it out.. if its still stuck pull the keys out and clean the ikky stuff.

My university library is a meat market! Full of hormonally charged rugby players! And the other nearest one is next door to and used by a secondary school, not very quiet at all.

Its just deadline week this week and this is my third and last essay due in. its all getting a bit too much.

I hate the subject and just cant get my head around it whether I sit in the library, my bedroom or that special quiet planet where ever that may be….

At least by the 17th itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ll all be over and Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ll have some time to put up my Christmas tree.

My mum and brother tried to use water to clean of some cheeselet crumbs so I think itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s busted for good!

Just going to have to try to use words that donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t have the letter ‘uâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]!

I would suggest you find a quiet place to study and not buy an essay off the internet. Instead pick up a book at your library called The Elements of Style by Strunk and White. Lays it out quite easily, one of the few books that does this in simplistic style-

thanks hissy. my text book is useless. even our other lecturers agree. i think i know what i'm doing bt its just a matter of doing it now.

wow! you seem to be able to answer any question, no matter how obscure the sbject!

wouldnt really by an essay, for a start i'd rather do it myself than pay £100! just feel like i'm at the end of my tether. end of the year always does this to me.

aww nicky, dont they know that "water" and electronics dont go together?? I still suggest to pull the keys out. you can do this with a screw driver or a hairpin or a knife
just stick it under the control key and work your way up!!
or if you want from the top but make sure you know where to put them back

Have you thought about going to a free art gallery to study? They almost always have benches and chair somewhere. I've done it before when I was longing for a quiet place to study, and I didn't want to see anyone I knew. (Yeah, I go to art galleries to look at art, too, but I have to do it by myself.)

Good luck! I know what it's like. Hans kept me up the night before my psych final 'cause he was sick, and I ended up failing it. Sigh. Gotta them anyways!

Good luck finding peace and quiet and with your essay! I HATED stylistics - with a passion!!

Have you booked your kitty in for spaying at the end of the week, it usually only takes a few to several days. Then you can get her sorted sooner rather than later! Will she have keyhole? (this is less stressful and kitty should be back to normal by the end of the day of her op!)

Good luck with it all, anyway! You'll do well!!

Aw sorry you're stressed... I think usually when you are stressed, the reason why everything seems worse than normal is BECAUSE you are stressed... try to take a little time to relax.

Hope things get better for you!
