Well I always new i had smart cats...barring Doofus of course...but i never knew exactly how smart untill today................
We have this cabinet where we keep all the cat food and treats..and cat nip
Emmet is great at opening cabinets...but we have never had a problem with him getting into that cabinet untill mabby came....well a couple of days ago we woke up and there was a thin layer of cat nip all over the floor, all the kitties were passed out on the floor, like they were recovering from the night befores binge.....it was real funny to see.........
Anyhoo today im sitting here on the cat site and out of the corner of my eye i see Emmet slink towards the cabinet. i kinda look over at him making sure not to meet his eyes...cause he keeps looking at me to see if im looking.......He gets to the cabinet looks back at me and then keeps looking at the cabinet....Out of no where come mabby and Doofus..they also slink to the cabinet...mabby occasionally looking over her shoulder at me.....
So there they all are at the cabinet, and Emmet starts opening the cabinet while mabby and Doofus watch behind him.........I was so close to breaking into laughter...but i needed to see them running game......
Emmet gets the cabinet door open and turns around to look at me...he takes a couple of steps towards me to get a better look........First Mabby goes in the cabinet shes in there for a couple of seconds and comes out and stands with Emmet staring at me....Then Doofus goes in spends a few seconds in there then he comes out and stands with the other 2 staring at me....then Emmet slowly makes his way back to the cabinet while the other 2 keep watch on me and goes in...this is when i go over..I am laughing hysterically....Doofus and Mabby scram and I stand towering over the cabinet as Emmet makes his way out...The look he gave me was priceless...The look of a man facing death...Laughing I shooed him away...and taped the door shut....lmao
Isnt that the funniest and creepiest story you guys have ever heard....lol...we call them the Crime Syndicate now!!!!!!!!....Just thought you guys would love that story
