I just wanted to share THE best human interest, rather, I meant Feline Interest story with you that I heard while driving home tonight in the pouring rain. There is a lady in Seattle who bought a 1978 bus. She filled it with abandoned kitties and gave each one a cage and a bench seat, with their very own window!
They can look outside and see the world from place to place. She visits elementary schools, senior housing, and all kinds of neighborhoods.

She has already adopted out 4 from 32 possible kitties (I guess 16 seats/windows on each aisle!) and it's becoming quite a success.

ISN'T THAT THE BEST??????

Oh wow!!
i want to get a big farm and just take all the kitties that people dont want anymore!

Hey there Miss Fran~~~ I think she is coming to B.C. or at least Westminster. I guess it's adorable.....people go see the Whisker Bus and all these kitties are poking their noses up to the windows looking back at the people!

And I really like that woman's idea - maybe it'll catch on elsewhere.

oh Tricia, wouldn't that be GRAND??!?? Just think of a kitty bus coming down your street. Your gardening or outside and you look up....and see all these little kitty faces peering out the windows!!
