Yeah just a cold, but on my first day of vacation

I was thinking the exact same thing!! John, I wish all big cats could have as good a home as you provide for your three. They all look so happy and well-cared for! Have you written any articles or, even, a book on caring for bobcats? If not, you should.

Just want to add my 2 cents in - we DO NOT get tired of seeing pictures just so you know.

Golly they are beautiful animals. I'd give anything to trade places with Terri in that one picture.

Those last two pictures of Nakoma, that is obviously a seriously stressed out bobcat (not!) . I wish I could be so relaxed!

Wow, what beautiful animals. I never knew it was possible to keep bobcats as pets, but you seem like a great owner, and the cats look very happy to have you.

Ive just spent about an hour reading from start to today.......WOW!!! Awesome!! They are BEAUTIFUL!!! I will defiently be back to see how they are doing and TOTALLY ENJOY more pictures!! So amazing to see. Thanks for sharing.....

Actually yes, I have. Not so much as an article on how to care for bobcats, but on how I became interested in owning them. A "how it all began" type of article. It was posted in the FCF (Feline Conservation Federation) bi monthly news letter and on an exotic cat website. I will be writing an article on bobcat care soon. I have also been selected as part of the cat element representitive, for a new exotic animal orginization that is forming. This is going to be a lot of work, but should be a great learning experience as well.

I'd give anything to trade places with Terri in that one picture.

What even makes this even more special is that Amber normally doesn't let you cuddle this close. Boris will however. Not saying that Amber doesn't love, she just likes to have her own space more.

Well, at least I am getting my rest Last night I had 9 hours of sleep and it felt so good. I am feeling much better today

I wish I could give him a kiss in that picture, but that would be pushing it just a bit. He is really coming around however. I can sit next to him and feed him by hand. I tell him every day that he is such a good boy and that he will always be loved now.

Yes, they are. Amber is losing her orange coat and Boris is almost all brown already. Nakoma is still orange, but you can see his longer belly hair coming in and also the white tipping on all their coats is starting to show. Their tails are getting fuller now too. It's funny, during the mid summer, their tails are so skinny, they almost look sick. But come fall and winter, the tails get nice and full, more than double the thickness of the summer.
