Here's where I'll be posting pictures of my foster kittens.

A little Burmese

Two more

Willow at 5 weeks

Wattle at 4 weeks (I've decided that Willow and Wattle aren't littermates after all. As they're growing up, it's clear that Wattle is younger.)

Tabby at 6 1/2 weeks

Stripey at 6 weeks (the vet's son named him LOL)

Playfighting!

Yay! They are sooo gorgeous!
Look how big Willow's getting! How could you ever want to let them go?!

It's pretty hard but I keep reminding myself that when one leaves, it makes room for another little one.

you said that you were getting one that was blind or deaf - did that happen? or am I making that up?

Yep you're making it up.

Just kidding.
The 'blind' kitten is Stripey. It turned out he had a severe case of conjunctivitis and his eyelids were stuck together, making him unable to see. The vet I work with is an opthalmological vet so I took Stripey straight to him. He carefully cleaned and cleaned, to reveal the beautiful green eyes you see in Stripey's pic. He's had lots and lots of meds in his eyes and they are looking much better.

PS. You can see he's had it tough. His coat is meant to be black but has been 'sunburnt' along his back to a browny colour. He came from the same place as Billy and was creeping along the concrete at the mechanics workshop, trying not to bump into things.

He's still a bit skittish but purrs up a storm and loves his cuddles once he realises he's safe in your arms.

Some sleepy babies.

Tabby and Willow

Willow and Wattle

Wattle had visitors today - the lady that brought her to me and her boyfriend, Mike. She may be keeping her once she's ready.

She took a real liking to Mike. She got sleepy and fell asleep in his arms.

Willow and Wattle

Tania, I think I've located a littermate of Willow's. Somehow he made his way all the way to Chicago, Illinois. My friend just adopted him, and his name's Striker (he doesn't look it in this picture, but he's the same gray as Willow):
