The cutest Gray & white tabby with pretty green eyes has found her way into my yard and I am desperately trying to find a home for her before it is too cold. She is friendly and seems to me that someone must have dumped her. I already have 2 cats and cannot take another one in. I am providing food and shelter for her but she looks so sad not to have a home.

Can anyone help?

I'm not in your area, but I wonder if you have any "no kill" shelters where you can take her in the event that you don't find her a home? We have several around here (Upstate NY). They take strays, etc. and if they can't place them in a good home, keep them there for the rest of their lives. I'm sure there must be a place like that near you.

I would contact the Best Friends Network and see if they can send an email out to their members to see if someone can take her:

I'm in the same situation. Except my husband wont even let me bring him in the house. *I get too attached* I have 4 cats, rescued 2 from outside, and he wants me to find them a new home, but Im having a really hard time doing that. I'm going to email some shelters and see if they will take him in and neuter him for a donation.
