Looking for a Home for a Sweet Stray in Philadelphia

The cutest Gray & white tabby with pretty green eyes has found her way into my yard and I am desperately trying to find a home for her before it is too cold. She is friendly and seems to me that someone must have dumped her. I already have 2 cats and cannot take another one in. I am providing food and shelter for her but she looks so sad not tha have a home.

Can anyone help?

Is there anyway that you can take this girl to the vet to at least verify whether she has been spayed and has had any shots?? That would be the most critical aspect since if you do not find her a home by next spring and she isn't spayed...there is a very good chance she would get pregnant.

I do have an appt for her tommorow granted I can get her but it will cost almost $200 and with the holidays etc I am not quite sure I can swing that right now
