I am sorry but really only a vet could diagnose what happened, after a necropsy would have been performed. It could have been anything really, it is so hard to say. I am sorry for your loss. I know you must miss him a lot. Siamese are wonderful, such characters and so talkative-

so sorry to hear of your loss - as Hissy stated only a vet could probably help with what happened.

RIP sweet darling - play happily and freely at the Rainbow Bridge

Yeah he is such sweet, talkative and affectionate cat.. He is such wonderful! I will see him again someday.. well I am getting a kitten soon and I will not replace him and also never forget him. He's sleeping peacefully

I am thinking about talking with the vet and will he charge me for talking about that happened because I can not afford of this.. I wish I should got him to the vet, but I dont have them money or the pet insurance.

Thank you everyone

oh Cosmo, I am deeply sorry. Your little had your love and I am sorry for your loss. But please, please TRY to be direct and ask for a payment plan for your new kitten when and if you need to take him into the vet for anything serious, or even just routine check ups or shots. I would think that in Alaska most vets would understand that nature of the economy there and would agree to some type of payments. If you offer to try to pay it off within a reasonable amount of time and even make a good-faith effort to pay maybe $10-15 the first time, I would think they might understand.
Also, look into a public clinic or humane society clinic if you live in a larger area. I know, I had to kitties rack up over $5,000 of vet fees between them in under a year and Eric lost his job and my leg got seriously hurt in the snow all at the same time. So I do understand your pain. But I am glad you are looking forward. You can PM me anytime and I will help you through it the best I can.
Love,
Elizabeth

I'm sorry that you have lost your sweet kitty.. it is heart breaking. Please before you bring a new kitten into your home, make sure to thoroughly sanitize your home, to make sure if anything was catching, that it cannot be passed on to your kitten.

in my experience as a vet tech, male neutered cats commonly have a problem with their urinary track. they can get what is called "crystals" that build up in their urinary track that makes it difficult or impossible to pee. one of my cats came from the spca (my maine coon had just died, and i contacted the spca if they ever got maine coons in, and they did about a week after i contacted them) the spca said they were going to put whiskers down, because he was very sick, with urinary crystals. so i got him and took him to the vet hospital, because i knew he needed treatment. i know that if the crystals completely block the urinary track, the cat will die within hours. to me it sounds like he may have had some kind of urinary problem. maybe this can help u in the future.

I am very sorry your cat died. It is very hard to have them for years, and to watch them suffer and die.

My daughter doesn't make very much money, but when she got a kitten she started saving $5 out of every paycheck for him. When he needs his shots she can afford it. And when it is time for him to be neutered, she will be able to afford it.

Condolences on the loss of your sweet cat.
