Wow that picture made my hair stand up on end and I got goose bumps all over
Whoa, gave me the shivers.
Don't know if I like to see La Liberte with a gun in her hand (or the face of an anime teen, for that matter). Hmmm.

I just had to post again. I can't tell you how many times I've come back and looked at that picture. I just love the symbolism.

I'm glad everybody's appreciating that image. No matter one's feelings about the image's implications, I'm reminded of Petula Clark's song "A Sign of the Times." Some awful things happened during the 1960s, things which tended to divide people in the U.S.A.; yet there remain certain verities no matter the era.
