Does any one have any suggestions on a side dish we can take to my sister and brother in law's 25th wedding anniversary party on Sunday. We are having chicken, sausage and peppers, cheese potatoes as the main dishes. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Toss 4 cups coleslaw blend (from a bag) with 1 cup roasted chicken breast cust (buy it precooked from Louis Rich or Perdue), 6 tbsp cocktail peanuts and 2 tbsp chopped cilantro. Add coleslaw dressing and mix lightly.

Serves 4 with a cup each. Just increase the recipe.

Last one!

1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 15oz can corn, drained
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 15oz can black beans
1 tsp cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp lime juice

Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl. In a seperate bowl, mix the 3 wet ingredients and then pour over the vegies. Toss well. Possibly serve with tortilla chips

Oh! I tried this absolutely delicious salad last weekend and although I don't have the exact recipe, here is what is in it.

Broccolli, Cauliflour, Mayonnaise, Feta Cheese and a bit of sugar.

You cut the veggies as small as possible, mix all the other ingredients and trust me..... it's a salad to die for! Some people throw sunflowerseed or raisins in it but it was delicious as is.

Try it out as a side dish for yourself first. You'll see..... it's yummy!!!
