Thank you, Danielle and Susan, for being here for us. I am reading these to Sierra and she is quite excited right now! Of course, I will keep you updated!

Mzjazz, that's wonderful about the phosphorous level! She was definitely stressed! The best is exactly what I have in mind!

Did you stay up all night or something?
Get some sleep!

I will be anxiously awaiting news about Sierra. As you know, Hallie has polycystic kidney disease. Which ultimately leads to chronic renal failure. The phosphorous level is the one we watch the closest. One of the other things we watch for is protein in the urine.

You know, even cats with CRF can possibly live quite a few years with the right treatment. But my fingers are crossed that it was just stress. I just want you to see the positive of both sides of the coin!

Stephanie and Sierra,

My prayers go out to both of you. I didn't realize Sierra was sick; I thought
her test was just routine. Must of missed your thread of her being ill.
Anyway, God Bless both of you!

Great observation!
This hasn't really been the best week for sleep. My sleep cycle is pretty messed up anyway due to my work schedule...

Hallie will be 3 years old in July. She is pretty young to have the problems she does though. I don't think she is the norm.

Nancy, these lab results are from Sierra's recent routine exam. They showed these signifigant abnormalities and her medical Dr. has referred us to a specialist for further tests. Don't worry, you didn't miss our thread, she's not actually ill!
Thank you so much for your caring concern and for your prayers!

Sierra and Stephanie

Thank you for your understanding, Sam. Yes, this has been a very difficult time. I'm finding so much comfort from my friends here at TCS.

Debby, thank you so much for your love and frequent prayers for my baby girl. I know God is hearing all of our prayers for Sierra. God has blessed me with her and surely it is His will that she be perfectly well.

Prayer sent for sweet Sierra and you Stephaine.
I'm hoping for the best for you both and hope everything will be ok. I know how worried you must be, I've been there myself too many times.

I sure hope this doesn't sound silly to anyone, but finding this made me cry. I thought it was completely gone, and I'm really glad a bit of it has survived. This thread has sort of been my diary for the past 6 months, and I thank you, our sweet friends, who have stood at our sides and supported me when I thought I would break.
This really reminds me of Sierra's great progress, and how incredibly grateful I feel that she has come so far since this all began.

Oh, absolutely, Sandra, and I in no way meant to distract from the importance of the precious threads that have been lost. All of Sierra's is gone but the first few posts, and what I meant to do was stress the deep meaning of the these threads to so many of us.I, too, pray that these cherished threads will be salvaged.
