This is something I've wondered several times lately. What led you to choose your name for TCS? I wanted to show Sierra's ownership of me.
My middle name is Dawn, so I decided on DawnofSierra since StephanieofSierra just didn't have the same ring to it!
So, how did you choose your name?

DawnofSierra just flows! I picked Cilla because my name is Ann and it is impossible to join anywhere with that name, there is always an Ann there. I picked Cilla because Cilla was my wild cat who was my soul mate, and knew my every thought I think. BTW Cilla turned out to be a boy which I didn't know about until I asked the vet to spay her and he told me it was impossible, so he neutered him instead.
It is kind of a tribute to a most beautiful animal.

mzjazz2u is a screen name I've used for a long time. It comes from my love of the Utah Jazz NBA team. My friends used to call me "Mz Jazz" because I was such a fan[atic].
So when they called me Mz Jazz I'd say, "That's MZ Jazz to YOU!"

OMG I have a working shift key again. What a relief.

What a sweet Prissy Kitty you have, Sarah!

That's a beautiful tribute to your soulmate, Ann!
Funny story, too! I'm sorry, Ann, it is impossible to spay your kitty!

That's the way to demand respect, MZ Jazz!

Of all the cat species, I am most facinated by the Leopard/Jaguar, which are spotted.

Spotz seemed to be a very appropriate name.

When I joined, I had no idea we were keeping Molly. her behaviour problem seemed so severe. So we had Paige, and Jason called her a turtlecat, instead of a tortoise cat, because to him she looks like a turtle cheesecake, with the cheesecake, and the chocolate gnoche, caramel and oreo cookie crumb colored patches.
So it stuck.

My step-sister and I live together and share the joys of our six cats and one dog. I was stumped for a name when I joined TSC
....and eventually came up with Katson7.....My stepsisters name is Katarzyna and my name is Sonja so I join the first 3 letters of both our names and added 7 at the end....the number of furbabies we have....thus I came up with Katson7

The first 2 letters are the first 2 letters of my husbands name, my middle name is lynn, so Malynn it is.

I use large cat names all over the internet...especially on multiplayer games. So, I chose Cougar because I like cougars

not very interesting

Once upon a time, I was creative and a writer, and I wrote a novel one summer when I was in college. It was an erotic vampire novel, along the lines of Anne Rice and Poppy Z. Bright, but without the homosexual overtones. Anyway, the heroine was named Valan. (I want to rewrite the novel at some point because it was very predictable and the characters were flat....even have the new plot written out....just haven't found the time to do it.) HB are my initials, so I became valanhb.

It's up my nose
And on my clothes
Floating gently through the air
Seems to be most everywhere
What a stir
It's Catfur!

My name is derived from my Dad's online name: our last name (O'Keefe) followed by the initials of my first and middle name.
