My four babies just obeyed me

My four furbabes all ran up the stairs and jumped onto the dreaded balcony at the top, I am terrified when they do this in case they fall to the bottom of the stairs. I put on my stern voice and said "all of you down here now", and I got the shock of my life as the four trotted down the stairs and fussed all over me. What's happened in this house

But then (and here's my soapbox ) you spoke to them exactly as you would an intelligent child -- surprising how effective that often is!

I must admit Sophie seems to have learnt the NO word a lot quicker than Rosie did, but then again i think i was "too soft" with Rosie when it came to saying No

Oh, my 3 for the most part listen when I say no, but forget it when I call them. They come IF THEY want to come, not because I want them too!
