Thanx much, gang. Nice to be back. After both tongue and prostate surgery (the big "C" got me at both ends) I am now fine except for a little deficiency in talking, from the one, and a little deficiency elsewhere, from the other.
Ann and I are now both survivors -- she had bilateral radical mastectomies some years ago, and she is doing just fine.
Weird things happen in cyberspace. It has been six months since these birthday greetings were first posted. Then I got a private message last week which brought them to my attention, and the e-mail advisory was itself six months late. Go figure----
Be good, you guys. It is a marvelously beautiful day on the beach today -- sunny, dry, 72 deg. F. The weather is so nice we have decided to put Samwise back on the show circuit. We attended a show a couple of weeks ago and decided that Samwise can still whup 'em all.
A very objective conclusion, of course.
