Just curious.........I was wondering what everyone feeds thier felines? I personally split a can of Friskies between my 3 little loves, and then they have dry food available at all times........how about you all?
I feed dry in the morning (JC's preference), and canned in the evening (my preference, as I'm a bit paranoid about kidney problems, having lost both a cat and a dog to kidney problems).
I'm currently feeding my healthy guys a premium dry food (Avocat) with treats of wet, my oldest are on prescription dry, or carefully chosen for their health conditions, wet food.
I feed dry and canned. I'm in the process of switching mine from Chicken Soup to Wellness. Once fully switched over they will get measured out dry Wellness in the A.M. and canned Wellness in the P.M.
Mine eat dry exclusively (they are free fed). I've been thinking of starting them on some wet as well, as I've heard there are benefits, but to be honest, I've kind of been holding off as the sight/smell of wet cat food literally makes me sick. Selfish of me, though
, I realise, so I think we will be starting some wet soon.
Dori gets half a package or can of wet food in the morning and I free feed her dry, it is down 24/7. She doesn't overeat so weight hasn't been a problem for her.
