Motherhood...

I think I now have an idea what it must like to be a mother. I am up with Grissom, who decided he was playful and in need of love, so he was sitting in my room MEOWing his head off. In an effort not to wake and therefore tick off Rob, I moved him to the living room. Where I now sit at 4:03 am, dangling a string in one hand and typing with the other. And I thought I had years before I had to fullfill this role.

Sierra woke me up yesterday morning at 4:30 in the sweetest way! She was sitting on my chest taking turns with her right and left hands gently touching my face! My sweet baby wanted some love!

I've started to play with Sophie about an hour before i go to bed to tire her out otherwise her and Rosie are up at 5.00a.m. making such a noise playing chase

Bet you really have to get her nice and tired! There's nothing like waking up at 5AM with kitties running wildly all over the house! We also have a nighttime play routine! If we don't, Sierra doesn't wake me gently touching my face for love, she wakes me up rabbit kicking my arm!
