I was just wondering if anyone other than me wants to go see the Garfield Movie? I think I'm going to feel silly going to see it because I have no kids... But I do have furbabies and I want to see it!!!

I really want to go see it~hopefully, this weekend!!!

Garfield is so cute, and in some ways he reminds me of Mittens.

My daughter (24) and I (58) want to see it so badly. We went to see the Harry Potter movie the first day it came out.

We also want to go see Two Brothers (about the 2 tigers). I'm sure I'll need a box of tissues for that one. I went through half a box when I watched Born Free.

I love Garfield, even though I don't have any kids at "moving watcing age", I am still gonna go.

Oh yep! I'm definately going (with the boys and hubby).
I heard it's just an 'ok' movie but I don't care, I'm going anyways.

I can't wait!

Yeah, that was one of the cool things about the way Jim Davis drew Garfield. He'd often have that little "X" mouth accompanied by bugged out eyes when he was scared, surprised or trying to get someone's attention. Those were my favorite expressions.
A full CG Garfield just can't do that justice.

I wouldn't mind seeing it.I will probably wait until it comes out on video though, just because I don't go to the movies very often.

And don't feel silly going just because you don't have any kids.Me and my cousin were like 18 when the first Rugrats movie came out.We wanted to go see it and made our boyfriends at the time take us.LOL.They did NOT want to go,but to keep us happy they both agreed to go.

BTW.If you need a child to take to make you feel more comfortable you can borrow my 4 year old.You may not get to watch much of the movie with him though.LOL.I dunno he LOVES Garfield.
I thought about seeing if my mom wanted to take him.He "might" sit still for it.
