Hey guys,

This idea came to me this afternoon. I tried to find a way to email the head of the NFL, Paul Tagliabue, but was unsuccessful. I opted to email our team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, instead.

Anyway, here's my idea to generate a huge amount of money for the victims' relief fund.

If the NFL isn't going to reschedule this week's games, then a lot of people are due ticket refunds. What if the NFL reduced each refund by $1.00 and sent it to the relief fund?

Get your husbands to introduce this idea to other teams.

I like the idea, Deb. My sister is a big Rams fan and I'm sure she knows who to contact here in St. Louis. I will personally look into this. Thanks for the boost. I think in St. Louis alone, where almost all of our games are sell outs; that would involve at least 45,000 fans. At $1.00 per ticket that would be a great contribution.

Yeah, I spoke to Diane (my sister) since I posted this and she said it would be more like 65 to 85,000 since we built the new stadium two years ago! (unbelievable)
