Lemonade

I just noticed one of the persons here has a caption at the end of their reply that says "If life hands you lemons, make lemonade" and it reminded me of a funny card I got for our daughter for her 15th birthday. She was slow developing physically (made up for it big time - now stands 5' 11" and wears size 12 shoes). Anyway, this birthday card I got her said, "When life hands you lemons, stuff them in your bra - can't hurt".

We all got a great chuckle out of this. Good thing she has a great sense of humour.

That's funny! I love it when people come up with such witticisms. Twenty years down the line, I still have to laugh when I think of a friend's reply to my question about why she was divorcing her husband: "He couldn't keep his parts in his pants." Another friend reacted to an Internet article I sent him by saying that he ignored "Faux News" - I've been referring to "Fox News" that way ever since.

Ha! I may have to 'steal' that one!
