Had a long day full of fun today

Took the boys and drove up to the north of Israel to the upper Galilee. Thought I'd share some pictures here

Started out at the Manara Cliff, where they have this mini-roller coaster where Ron and hubby had a nice ride.

Going up the Manara cliff in the cable cars (hubby with Ron and Dan) -

View of the cliff from the cable car -

Me and Dan at the top of the cliff -

Ancient vases from biblical times (over 5,000 years old) at the local museum -

The big boys dipping their feet in the cold water of the Dan river (that's the name of the stream, which made Ron ask why there wasn't a Ron river , a daddy river etc...
)

Deeper water elsewhere on the Dan river -

Taking a break together

Look at the smile on Dan's face! It's amazing how fast your boys are growing up.

Ron has a look of mischief on his face in front of the 5000 year old vases. All I could picture was the caption, "Oops, how much do we owe you for that?"

Actually, he did make a go at them
not the giant ones, but he tried to sort out a pile of smaller pottery thingies. It's a small museum with very few visitors and there was no one around us when he tried. He went over the railings and had already touched them and hubby bent over and pulled him out just in time...

And thank you everyone for the compliments! Yes, I do love to brag about them!

The Beehave State!
Very interesting seeing pictures from the other side of the globe! I'd love to see more pictures of the country!

This is slightly off topic... but my hubby is in Syria/Iraq right now. I can't wait to get pictures from there! So much rich history in all these places!

A lovely part of the globe Anne, inhabited by beautiful people like you and your sons. May your world soon become as peaceful as it appears in your photographs.
