When Paige confronts Molly, she often returns to the living room doing this wierd trot that consists of her back being arched, tail straight up, and a proud little frolic..... Err?

If her fur is not up or she is not puffed up, she's probably happy and proud of herself.

I call this "scrunched up kitty." One of my cats does this whenever she is in a really good mood and wants some loving. I think it is her way of saying, "Hey! Look at me! Aren't I cute?"

It's so sad.. she probably has the weirdest self esteem because everytime we look up to see what she's doing, we just laugh hysterically..

*looks at her jaunty prance....*

Ever see a young kid do something and get extremely excited about it?

To the point of running around squeeling and laughing?

That's what I've always associated this behavior with.

She's just really exicted, in a happy way.
