Sorry I have so many questions! As I go about doing stuff around the house I think of all these little questions I've had but haven't been able to get answered.

I have a question for people who have used soft paws. I was thinking of getting them for Grissom because his claws get hung up on things like furniture, carpet, my face the other night.
Anyway, I did trim his nails today so maybe I won't need them, but that isn't the point. What I want to ask is... Grissom has issues with sliding on our linoleum, even though he still has his claws. Will the soft paws make it harder for him to get traction? Or are they rubber, in which case might give him more traction?

I apologize for the rambling nature of my posts. I am an english major and a writer and so I tend to express things in many more words than are necessary.

If just trimming the claws works for you, that's great - it's a little easier, and less expensive. If not, softpaws should help, but they won't make much difference in the traction (they're made of vinyl - not slippery, but no extra traction, either).

Our house has linoleum floors, and the cats slide around with or without the Softpaws when they run too fast.
