Spay/Neuter in Ohio?

Can you guys direct me to a low cost spay/neuter clinic for someone who lives in Liberty Center, Ohio? She has many unspayed female cats making kittens and is on a Disability payment. I'm not familiar with the Merican ones.

I found a Liberty Center west of Toledo. The closest humane society is:

Thank you so much Christy. I've passed the information on. The person was actually looking for donations from charities to pay for the spaying but that's not gonna happen. She said her female cats are having kittens left and right.
