Just got back from the vet and he has a clean bill of health

He was even given a kitty bag with lots of fun toys in it
so he is being very spoilt

Its a tattoo just to identify that he has been neutered. It used to be common practice but I think now only the shelters do it as Tipsy went to the vet for his operation and he doesnt have a tattoo.
It will fade and you wont even notice it - its noticeable now as he only got neutered a couple of days ago.

Thanks everyone for your great comments - and no catnaping is taken place here !!

Tipsy is still not too happy about this newcomer - Tipsy gets the roam of the house and the baby kitty is in the bathroom if Tipsy is around. But if Tipsy goes outside then baby kitty comes out to explore - or we put Tipsy in the bedroom for a few hours.
But Tipsy knows he is there - they 'play' through the crack in the door and he can smell him.
They have met - and Tipsy doesnt growl or hiss just follows him around, sniffs and after a few minutes thinks ' oh I dont like this' and tackles him to the ground, pins him down, and bites him.... I guess this is normal? It has only been 2 days.

we still cant think of a name
nothing seems to suit him
but I am sure something we will come up with something perfect.

here is another picture of our new kitten...

I just cant help posting pictures - I think he is adorable!!

he still doesnt have a name
I cant believe how much we have struggled naming this one - we even went out for lunch on sunday and the whole time we were throwing names around...

anyway the 2 we have come down too are
Cedar - we live in the hills and our house is made of cedarwood - it does seem to suit him
Joey - he burrows in like he is a joey (baby kangaroo). Not sure if I like this one as i think of Joey of friends all the time

what does everyone think?
