Someone on Petfinders suggested I frequent this site, so here I am.
My name is Amber, and I am a secretary for a private charter company. My cats have always been very important to me. This past Thanksgiving, my childhood kitty, Bobo passed away. We were both 21. I swore I would never take in another cat, but that didn't last long. While I still miss Bobo terribly, I recently moved from school to my own apartment. The high ceilings and huge ceiling to floor windows made me think of how much Bobo would have loved the view. I decided to browse the local humane society for a new furry companion. That was when I met Otto, a maine coon mix. He recently moved in with us and is enjoying the windows and fluffy couch to the fullest extent. His is approximately 3 years old and very laid back, incredibly affectionate, and he has really brightened our lives. We renamed him Grissom, and he is now the love of our lives.
