And no one with real talent to replace them either. Goodbye Felix thanks for the laughs. Is Klugman even still with us?

Yes, I think Jack Klugman is still around - but he is only a few years younger than Tony Randall

He died in his sleep. after a long illness at 84. He is survived by his wife and two small children ages 7, and 5.

Sorry, I didn't see a thread about this, until I continued further and saw the thread about Felix Unger.

I just adored Tony Randall...loved him on Letterman, esp when he showed up "unannounced" with Mandy Patankin. He did so much for the Arts, the Broadway stage, and opera. Glad they are dimming the lights for him on Broadway in tribute...he deserves it!

Tony Randall got Jack Klugman to go back on stage, after having a cancerous vocal cord removed. Jack was going to give it up and Tony convinced him to tour in a dinner-theatre production of "The Odd Couple."

I loved Tony Randall in all of those comedies, in the 50s and early 60s.

Jack Klugman is still around, but I don't know if he's still acting. I met him once about 20 years ago. He is short and much better looking on TV than in real life. Him and Tony Randall were so good together.
