I think Fluffy is gone. We can't find him in the apartment. We shook the food box which he always comes running for and nothing. The only thing we can think of is we had a Yard Sale and the door was probaly open to haul stuff out so he may have escaped then, but still he has no way outside unless he got to the stairs or in the elevator which i highly doubt...i'm not sure what to think....

Oh no ! I know what a blind panic this can send you into, after Pauie's act a couple of
days ago. I'm sending out "Come Home Fluffy !" vibes right now.

Keep calling Fluffy's name, and if there is no sign by morning, then call all local vets, and blitz the neighbourhood with posters/flyers, and talk to everyone you see en route. It was sticking up flyers and posters, that got the lady who had him
yowling in her garden 30 houses down, to call us.

Hang in there. I'm sure you'll soon have Fluffy home. In the meantime, my
hopes and prayers are with you & Fluffy !!!

Peace, Love, and Happiness, Always
Sonia

Ditto Sonia...

Make some posters and put them out on your floor and in the elevators (if possible).

And when he comes back home...smother him with love

He will come back to you.

Please keep us all posted.

Sending thoughts and prayers that Fluffy will be found soon.

Before you had the yard sale did you keep the items you were planning to sell in a closet? The reason I'm asking is because cats can slip past a person so quickly and quietly and it would be really easy to shut the closet door without realizing the cat is inside.

I agree with Lorie. Open every cupboard and closet in your apartment, even ones you're sure you havent opened recently. Get down on your belly and go through each room. Look under things - the bottom of cupboards, the bed, boxes, other furniture. Then look up high - has he jumped on top of a cupboard or other furniture. He may not be responding to you because of the upset of the yard sale. Once you find him, make sure you close all cupboards and closets before you let him go.

Well we've looked but no sign . He's not the type of cat to hide.

We noticed him missing a couple of hours ago,but he may have been gone longer I really don't know. I just feel so bad. You know he ticked me off at times and could be a pain but still I didn't want him to leave like this

OK, Fluffy, enough's enough...let Mum know where you are, so she can come cuddle you and bring you home safe. And mega hugs for Mum. He'll turn up, we've got the board magic going...

Thanks for your kind thoughts guys. Still no Fluffy
He is a pretty cat so someone may be keeping him. I'm going out now with a flashlight to check the bushes. I'll give you a update when i get back.

What a nightmare. I'm sending Come home Fluffy vibes your way!

Have you knocked on the neighbors doors to see if anyone took him in?

I hope you find Fluffy soon. Don't give up hope, my Mum's cat was missing for ages (months) and he turned up safe and sound. They finally caught him on Sunday! I've got my fingers crossed that Fluffy turns up safe and sound (sooner rather than later!)

FLUFFY COME HOME!!!!!!!!!
