I seem to have gotten my USB problem sorted out, picked up a card reader for my digicam, and got a photobucket account, so here are some new pictures of JC.

This is probably going to sound very weird, but I find pink-nosed dogs unattractive, and pink-nosed cats adorable. Do you think Jamie has "buggy eyes"?

Our family doctor kind of freaked me out Thursday. He saw Jamie, and asked whether we'd ever had him tested for hyperthyroidism, because he "showed signs of 'Morbus Basedow', i.e., bugged eyes." My reaction was that he's a cat, not a human, and all cats have very prominent eyes. I started dwelling on the matter, and called the vet this morning. She said he definitely doesn't have a hyperthyroid (she's tested him twice - he reacts to soybeans with hyperactivity, so she monitors him pretty closely). I have thyroid problems, so I think Dr. K. overreacts and thinks "thyroid" in any situation connected with me! Sheesh!
