Last weekend, my wife and I adopted a 1 1/2 year old boy from our local shelter. His name is Charlie and he had been at the shelter since January. Now, I just have to help Amber get used to him being here. She is so jealous

Hello Charlie!

I was just speaking about you yesterday AmbertheBobcat. Someone told me of a bobcat that someone was keeping as a pet, but when the owners lost interest - they turned the cat over to wild life sanctuary. The cat cannot be released or housed with any other Bobcat becuase the previous owners had him declawed.

I was so sad, and immediately thought of Amber and how lucky she is to have you.

Oh...amber isn't the only 'child'?? I think she'll come around soon Charlie is so handsome, I love all tabbies, orange and brown and white and etc.
