eating like a pig !!!!

ok, its not that I feed tobi to much. or that he wants alot of food, but when he does eat he pickes it up with his paws piece by piece. he shahes his head and throws his food all over the floor and the wall. he puts alot of it in his water also. he comes out clean after every meal but he likes to spread it around.
any help out there ?

Is this with wet or dry food? Have you tried using a different bowl/dish?

he does this with all food and water, he makes mud outa the water with his foods. he eats good just spreads it all over the area.
