when was the best day of your life?

what is your most important day of your life, like what was the happiest?
mine was when i moved in with my boyfriend,not much i know, but id been through a lot and had given up hope on all men, untill i met my partner and when we moved in together it was like nothing could get better!!!

Not much indeed, only a new life, a fresh start with someone you love - like another world I would say.

It is hard THE most important day, but one of the most important days was when I married my second husband, because he was a gem and a rare one at that.

Hmmmm, The best day? There are acutally 2 and have to be a tie. The first day was when I met Ken. the second was when I walked down the aisle to be his wife.......sigh what a wonderful day that was He gave me the wedding of my dreams.

I think the best or most exciting day of my life, was the first time I met Paul Stanley. I remember thinking I would die before I actually got to meet him. Thank God I didn't.

I have two - meeting Jake and having my son.

Right now it's my wedding day - probably only until I have kids though!

The day I met carol, the day we got engaged, the day i got married to her, the day she gave me the greatest gift of all in a beautiful son. Also, every day is the best as long as I have them both. They say that behind every great man is a great woman, I am not great, buts shes a great woman and the wind under my wings without a doubt and without her, I am nothing.
One of those days was getting a gold in the event I flew in and won in New York State years ago and then another in Canada some years later. (carol assisted in that day my flying) A few days after that my appendix ruptured and I had my honeymoon in Ajax and Pickering hospital. In Canada - the medal I won - gold again was presented by the contest director - which in that case was my father - an incredible moment.
The next greatest day for me is tomorrow, then monday and tuesday and wednesday - as each day is a pleasure for me with my familly.
Sounds corny - sorry - its all true though.

I think I was happiest ever when my sweet man and I first traveled abroad together. It was spring time in London and on one romantic day out in Kew Gardens, I remember feeling that this is it - life just couldn't get better and I have found the person that I want to share the rest of my life with.

The two days when I gave birth to my sons are also contenders of course

On an interesting note - a destiny-changing day for me was when we found 5 small kittens abandoned in the streets of a small town in Israel. Until that time hubby claimed he wasn't too fond of cats so we didn't have any at home. We found homes to 4 of the kittens, but when we were told the fifth would have to be put to sleep by the shelter for lack of room, we decided she is staying with us. I was in the military at the time and didn't know a whole lot about cats. Having Mishmish (that's her name) was a turning point in my life. I couldn't find any good information about cats in Hebrew on the internet, so I decided to learn how to build websites, learn about cats and create the first Hebrew cat website. A year later, it was doing so well and became so large, I decided a similar one in English would be cool. And the rest, as they say, is history...

Anne, I think all of us here are proud for that life-changing day that you had !

The best day of my life? Can' decide whether its the day I met Charlie/the day he asked me to marry him/or the day that we were wed (14 years ago this coming Wednesday !)

Lets see One would be yesterday, the day I saw the Thunder down Under for My bachlorette party. Holy crap were they HOT!!!!!!!(strippers from Aussie) then they all signed my tee shirt!
and the next best day of my life, June 5th My wedding day! I can't wait.....

And my happiest/most important day IS the day my son was born because we almost lost him while I was in labor. My son had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck three times and was being strangled to death. Fortunately, he was safely delived during an emergency c-section. Going through that experience made me really aware of what a special miracle the birth of each child is, and what a privilage it is to be a mother.

I like this thread, but I don't really have any best days. Maybe some days with a past girlfriend, but they become practically meaningless after a break up. I think my best day is somewhere ahead in relation to my career.

Well.....I have to be mushy and say everyday since I meat my husband. Because he makes my day every morning when I wake up to him........and then of course when we found out I was pregnant...NEW YEAR'S Day!!!

awww that is so sweet

So far I guess meeting my other half would be my best day, it even beats us moving in together and getting engaged. We met on the internet, and the day we met face to face has changed my life forever. (In a good way ........honest )
