Man this movie rocked! You talk about spectacular special effects, great monsters, add laughter and satire to the mix and a few tears and you have a movie that is well worth seeing over and over again.

I saw bits and pieces of other movies influencing this one, The Scorpion King, James Bond, The Abyss, The Incredible Hulk, Spiderman. It was awesome, if you like to be scared, and thrilled all at the same time, I highly recommend this movie.

We had a blast today, it was so good to get away.

I heard it premieres today in the states.... When I started seeing ads for it earlier today I went nuts checking out listings in Caribbean Cinemas and CineVista (two movie theater companies in PR) for it, but they haven't got it yet. Normally they get here later than in the states.

When it comes I want to invite Vicky to it.

Yay...great to hear a good review. I used to watch all the old classic horror films over and over...wolfman, frankenstein, dracula with bella lugosi...and have been waiting to hear if this was a dud or not.

MA, I watched the Sci-Fi channel show about it this morning, it showed how they did the effects and stuff.... Kylee and I can't wait to see it!

And I agree Creepyowl, who wouldn't want to look at Hugh Jackman for a couple of hours!
