May 6th dailey thread

Do we still have dailey threads? We used to...gosh I am so out of touch these days.

Finals went well. But of course today was a hard day for me....one year ago today Merlin died...I miss him terribly. I will never forget this day. But it helped to come here and tell you all what happened and know you all cared...thanks for being there for me.

I hope you all had a good day....I spent the day with my best friend and she and I are going shopping this weekend...you know what is the best thing about her? I'll tell you...she loves me no matter what. She would NEVER turn her back on me whether she agreed with my decisions or not...that's what a real friend does...loves you and never abandons you......ever. Guess that's how you know who your real friends are and who the others are. You look around when you are down and see who is there. The real ones are still there.

Debby, glad to hear that finals went well even on this difficult day when you are especially reminded of your cherished Merlin. I'm so sorry for the pain you must feel. Please feel free to continue expressing your feelings, as we are all here for you.

You are truly blessed to have such a wonderful friend! Hope the two of you have lots of fun shopping this weekend. Get something special just for you!
