new kitten!!

I just couldnt help myself!!! I was driving past the shelter this morning and my mind kept saying keep driving keep driving - but my car had other ideas!!

so now I have a new 10 week old male kitten at home with me!! (no name as yet!!)

Tipsy has so far been amazing (although it has only been half an hour). Tipsy is just following him around, checking him out, smelling him and at one point was licking the new kittens face.

anyway - hopefully it continues to go alright - and I promise I will get some pictures up asap!!!!

it certainly is interesting around this house at the moment - little newbie is curious and wants to explore and tipsy just wants to know what is this new thing in HIS house!!!

Did they test him for any sickness he may could have at the shelter ?
The reason I ask is I would get the kitten check out by vet befor intro to your cat/s you have just to be on the save site .

Hi Hedi - yes they did test him for any sickness and he has had his first vaccination and has been neutered already.
However I am still taking him to my vet for a check anyway - appointment there in an hour

Tipsy is not happy at all about this new addition but time will work it out I hope
