DaFURR

The pages of shame show many similar photos of bad meowmie behaviour lol
That is one of funniest sites, I have seen in a long time.
Now all I gotta do is make sure my cats don't find about about it.

And poor Emmett, he looks a little funny. But hey if he likes it, good for him.

The tail is really funny

I didn't know that people took their cats to the groomers.... I thought the vet just gave them trims if they needed it
Shows how much I know!

If it means anything, I do like Emmett better with his hair, I always thought he was a beautiful cat, I like the pics on your sig.

I have to admit. Emmett has never been sweeter since the haircut. He's all purring, and rubbing and snuggling. He was never much of a snuggler. Now he's all affectionate. Its kind of a nice change.

Just think, less fur on Emmett = less cat hair on... your clothing...the furniture...your bedspread...the carpet...etc...etc.

And best of all....

Less fur on Emmett = less hairballs.

P.S. He's cute with or without his fur.

I'm curious. Did you have Emmett shaved for weather, hairballs, shedding, or some other purpose, or was it just because? I have been thinking of having one of mine done. He has been having such a time with hairballs this season.

He looks kinda cute and comfy. I'm sure it will grow back in no time.

very cute.

I was wondering the same thing. You said you caved and let your mom take Em to the groomers. Why did she want to do this?

He looks so cute. Thanks for showing us those pics!

He's been sheding his winter coat....BIG TIME. My mom was getting annoyed with all the hair all over the place. So she talked me into it. There is so much less hair now, like about 90% less. Also Em is an odd cat and likes to be cold, just like I do, so he looks happier with less hair.

Now he's a snugglers. He crawls under the blankets and curls around my feet in bed.....

A women I work with gets her short haired cats shaved all the time, she says it lasts about 3 months. I might do it again in about 3 months and then let him have his fur during the winter months and see how he is.

Hey, whatever makes kitty happy... but watchout for sunburns. He will be more suseptible to sunburns without his coat to protect him.

That is too cute! I didn't know they would cut hair on shorter haired cats like that. I guess it would cut down on shedding and hairballs and would be cooler for him since its going to be getting hot soon. I like it alot. His tail made me laugh..that little poof ball on the end..Did they leave his legs furry too? I love it! Sam probably would never forgive me for doing that though!

I always figured they were so affectionate after baths and haircuts because they are thinking if they are nice you won't do it again.
