Navy policy has compounded problem of stray cats at Rota, some say

I would like to have 10 minutes alone with the person that did that. My blood boils when I read stuff like that.
The Navy has a record of inhumane treatment of stray/feral cats. The Admirals in charge should be ashamed of themselves and the cruelty of their policies.
