If they weren't belted into those chairs, they WOULD have dived into it. As it was, they wound up with rainbow-colored faces and hair. They're still at the stage, where everything is finger food and haven't quite mastered the finer points of using cutlery.

Mark was groaning, at all of the new toys. It seems, that it is HIS job, to pick up all of the toys, at the end of the day. Sure, NOW he picks up toys!

It's a rite of passage to dive into your first cake! That's one hell of a cake, Cindy! The girls look precious. How come no pix with Grandma???

'Cuz Grandma is the only one who knows how to work her digital camera. Bill is a technophobe and Mark & Sam were busy with the babies. Sam is going to e-mail pix taken by other people. I may be in some of those. Then again, maybe not. Sam's family doesn't exactly approve of me, they tolerate me, for Mark's sake. Oh well, Mark loves me and Sam appreciates that I don't interfere in their lives. The twins will just have to accept that they have one nontraditional grandma!

Sam's mother and aunt baked the cake. It was actually 3-in-1: strawberry, yellow, chocolate.
