Hi all!
I finally found out what the peach feral cat is, he's a very big boy. He's really beautiful! Tonight was the first close up glimpse I had of him. (I've been feeding him and moving the dish closer and closer to my house for a few months). I put out the cat food that I've been feeding him right in front of my door, and he came running to eat. I stood there (behind my door) while I watched him devour it. He saw me in the window, but didn't flinch. He has beautiful copper eyes, and looks orange in pictures, but he's very peach.
He let me take a few pictures of him through the window of my door, but there's rain drops on the window, so they didn't turn out too good. He's been living in my barn for the last few months and when I saw him, I started putting out Iams dry and fancy feast for him. His coat is looking fantastic.
I think he needs a name, any suggestions? ( he looks like he's about a year old).

They generally name themselves based on patterns and personalities

Hi Kitty Mom, I haven't got a very good imagination, I can only think of copper after his eyes. He sounds lovely.

I know they usually get names by how they act, patterns, ect., but I want to name him something really special, so that's why I asked everone here for help. Some of the names on here are really special.
I had mentioned him before to the group, and some of the people suggested I take a poll to get names for him, but I didn't know if he was male or female at that point. Now I know. A few months ago, he was pretty mangled from a fight? I don't know, but he was so thin that I could see his hips and ribs. I've been feeding him everyday, after I saw him in my barn and moving the dish closer and closer to my house.
Last night I saw him up close around midnight, standing by my front door. I quietly opened my door and placed a huge bowl of cat food out for him, and I watched as he came to devour it. I was pleased to see that his coat is gorgeous and his ribs and hips no longer protrude. I can't see any scars on his face or head. His eyes are really beautiful. They are so copper and huge.
I like the name Rhett. Copper is nice, too.
