There is a book out by Pam Johnson Bennett called Introducing Babies to Cats (or cats to babies) I can't remember the order, but I understand it is an exceptional book.

Please click here to read an article on how to introduce your pets to a new baby. The article can be found on the web site of the Humane Society of the United States. http://hsus.org

Please disregard the "old wive's tales" about babies and cats. Cat's are perfectly safe to have around babies.

Congratulations on your daughter's pregnancy! You sound like you will be a loving granddad!
